Bernard-Louis Roques is a Pioneer in European Fintech & Insurtech. He co-founded Truffle Capital in 2001, of which he is General Partner.
He founded the 1st Fintech Incubator in Europe in 2014. 9 Fintech related startups where created or funded by Truffle of which 3 have already exited with significant multiples.
Prior to that he founded ABN Amro Venture Capital. He started his career as a trader at HSBC and then became entrepreneur and sold his company.
As a VC, Bernard-Louis has led 50 Investments, of which 14 have conducted IPOs, and 15 trade sales.
On a voluntary basis, Bernard-Louis is the author of the Truffle 100, the leading annual research on EU software vendors, and serves as a board member of Essec Ventures.
He received an MBA from ESSEC Business School, and an Executive Certificate from MIT
